The FGCU Campus Food Pantry meets the needs of registered FGCU students who are financially unable to provide adequate food for themselves. It was established in August of 2012. The pantry has served over 9500 students since its inception.

Campus Reservations assists with scheduling and coordinating all events on the FGCU main campus.  

Campus Conference Programs acts as a One-Stop-Shop for summer camps and conferences.

Cohen Student Union is the Student Union at FGCU and houses multiple dining facilities, meeting spaces and offices.

Records Management assists with the compliance of state and federal records management practices.

The Office of the CIO is responsible for Project Management, Enterprise Training and Communications.

Enterprise Business Applications supports development, implementation and maintenance of new systems and services, reporting and data analytics.

Infrastructure & Operations encompasses system servers and security, user services, technology infrastructure and telecommunications.

The University Help Desk provides technology support to faculty, staff and students for all standard FGCU equipment and enterprise systems including Workday, Banner and Canvas Learning Management.

Finance & Accounting houses Construction Accounting, General Ledger Maintenance, Payroll, Property and Inventory, Tax Administration along with Treasury and Cash Management.

The Office of the Bursar is responsible for the Cashier’s Office and student accounts.

Procurement Services is comprised of Purchasing, Accounts Payable, the Travel Desk and the Purchasing Card program.

Physical Plant is dedicated to providing resources and to constantly maintaining all university buildings, grounds and equipment that are fundamental to a healthy academic environment. The Physical Plant team is committed to maintaining an atmosphere that will foster pride, teamwork, and cooperation among the university faculty, staff, students, and visitors. The departments that are under Physical Plant are Operations & Maintenance, Postal Services, Central Receiving & Warehouse, and Grounds.

The University Police Department (UPD) is committed to serving and safeguarding all students, faculty, staff, and visitors on the campus of Florida Gulf Coast University through the effective and efficient delivery of law enforcement services. UPD offers a variety of crime prevention efforts, insuring safety for vehicular and pedestrian traffic, assisting in coordinating special events, and providing reliable high quality professional service at all times.
