How did the IBA start?
Summer 2012 Semester, Prof. Rottig proposed the idea for a campus-wide International
Business Association (IBA) to his students in MAN 3600 International Business. Viet
Thaison Nguyen volunteered to become the founding president and worked with Prof.
Rottig to establish the IBA over the summer and started it as of the fall 2012 semester

The FGCU International Business Association seeks to heighten interest in the area
of international business where students can learn, associate, and participate in
events that will educate them about practicing business in other countries. This organization
