Advertise your recruitment needs and build brand awareness on our campus through The Navigator - Career & Employer Guide. This printed, full-color guide will be available to students and alumni throughout the academic year. The Navigator will be distributed at several locations on campus, on the FGCU Career website page, and at all recruiting events. View the current edition of The Navigator. You can fill out the Navigator Purchase Form and email it to Mary Larkin at marlarkin@fgcu.edu to submit your advertisement. 

Post your jobs directly to FGCU’s career management system and be visible on both the desktop version and the mobile app for students. Use tools to reach the strongest candidates that meet your job skill needs and qualifications. The FGCU Career Development Services LinkedIn page is a great way to interact with current students, alumni, and staff. Employers can post company highlights and job/internship opportunities as well as engage with the community. We encourage our current and former students to follow the page and begin building relationships with and following employers.

This social media takeover program allows the employer to create all the Instagram postings for a day and then have them posted on our FGCU Career Development Services Instagram account. This is a great way to build brand awareness among our students and publicize your other recruitment activities.

Record a short video about your company to be added to our YouTube channel. These videos are a great way to show off your facilities and explain what makes your company a great place to work.

The Eagle Mentor Program is designed to connect FGCU students with alumni and community professionals to create career-focused relationships. Employers are encouraged to build a profile and select the level of connection desired. The involvement options include ongoing mentoring conversations, resume critiques, informational interviewing or mock interviewing, job shadowing, networking, and more.
