Service-learning experiences help students develop and refine the same skills that employers are seeking from recent college graduates. The FGCU service-learning requirement is an opportunity to use these experiences to put them above other candidates when applying to jobs and graduate schools.
Internships & Co-ops
The Office of Internships and Cooperative Programs wants to partner with employers who can offer students meaningful work with a learning component related to their field of study. While gaining work experience and earning money to support education, students are encouraged to seek academic credit.
