From coffee, or refreshments to banquet service, FGCU Catering can accommodate all of your catering needs.  FGCU Catering's friendly and knowledgeable staff provide gourmet catering services that can be tailored to fit the specific needs of your event.  

We encourage you to visit the Green Event Certification and Guidelines if you are interested in incorporating sustainability practices into your catered event.

The FGCU Campus has many dining options during the fall and spring semesters.  To best accommodate your group, please contact dining services at 239-590-1226 to let them know if your group will be joining us in any or all of our locations.  

Please notify your Campus Reservations event planner for any needed custodial, recycling, dumpster, electrical or other event needs that relate to Physical Plant.  If you would like to contact Physical Plant directly, call 239-590-1370 or email wmc@fgcu.edu.   

To assist you with general parking needs or customized assistance, Parking Services is available for your parking needs.  Notify your Campus Reservations event planner regarding Parking Services requests.

The Information Technology Services department has a variety of equipment to facilitate your event needs.

For event promotional items, author signing events, custom publications, or to order books for your event, the bookstore is here to assist you.  Groups are also welcome to stop by for casual shopping.
