Security & Reporting
Financial Information Systems and Compliance manages the Workday Finance, Workday Payroll, Student Account Services and TouchNet security and reporting needs for the University while monitoring and maintaining access controls to minimize risk.
In order to perform certain tasks, run reports or view some of the data within Workday, Cognos, Banner and TouchNet, employees must request system access based on the necessary role needing to be assigned. Employees and their supervisors determine the access required to perform the required duties. Requests are submitted to Finance Information Systems & Compliance using the Workday Finance Security Request Form, Banner Student Account Services Security Request Form or the TouchNet E-Commerce Security Request Form.
