Faculty and staff have access to a variety of dining options on campus. Whether you’re looking for a budget-friendly lunch, a scenic spot for team building or a sweet treat to brighten the day, there are several options. Here’s what’s available:
SAC New Staff Luncheon at SoVi Dining: To welcome new employees, the Staff Advisory Council (SAC) hosts luncheons for new staff at SoVi Dining on the first Friday of every month. This provides an opportunity for new employees to meet colleagues, learn about campus resources and enjoy a meal in a relaxed setting. The Boardwalk: A Venue for Lunch and Events: The Boardwalk Waterfront Restaurant will host its final “Lunch at the Boardwalk” from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 8. In addition, employees interested in hosting internal FGCU-related events at The Boardwalk can contact Tara Scrivano at tara.scrivano@compass-usa.com for more information.
FGCU Creamery Ice Cream Offerings: For those with a sweet tooth, the FGCU Creamery sells ice cream at the Student Plaza across from the Marketplace from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, weather permitting.
Discounted Dining: Faculty and staff can take advantage of special meal memberships. With the flexibility to choose from meal swipes or flex dollars, faculty and staff can enjoy the convenience of eating at any dining location on campus at any time.
