Employee Assistance Program
Effective January 1, 2021, the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is provided by Kepro. Kepro EAP will be available to provide services to all employees and their dependents free of charge. Our EAP has an abundance of resources to help you manage everyday challenges or significant life events through a robust support network and is available 24 hours per day/365 days per year. Some of the services offered by Kepro include the following:

Family and Friends Relationships Webinar
July 10, 2024 | 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM
Establishing and maintaining a healthy relationship requires monitoring and utilizing emotional tools to keep those relationships strong. In this class, participants will take part in interactive and lively discussions on the misconceptions of relationships, the meaning of fulfillment, the importance of communication, and the real definition of happiness. This class will conclude with the key ingredients for a successful relationship and create an action plan to strengthen our relationships and recognize areas we can improve upon.

Tuition Fees Programs
The Tuition Fee Voucher Program provided by the University allows full time employees and their spouses and/or dependents with financial assistance for ongoing education with a total of 6 credit hours per semester for FGCU courses.

The Tuition Reimbursement Program is designed for eligible employees who are accepted in degree programs of study not available at FGCU that assist them toward enhancement and growth in their current roles and that assist the University in its goal of talented and dedicated faculty and staff.

Little Eagles Learning Center
The Little Eagles Learning Center (LELC) is an Educational Research Center for Child Development (ERCCD) on the FGCU campus accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children. The center nurtures and cares for the children of FGCU students and employees in a safe and lifelong-learning environment. Affiliated with the College of Education, the center offers high-quality early care and education to 58 children between 6 weeks and 5 years old.

About 17% of the employee pool participates in the FGCU Tuition Voucher Program for themselves or a family member each fiscal year.
Eagle ID Perks
With the issuance of an Eagle ID, Faculty and Staff are granted special perks.
Access includes: Building access, aquatics center entry, Intramural sports and equipment rentals,
Bookstore discount for full-time employees, Library book checkout/online database,
Access printing/copying in the library.

University Recreation & Wellness Memberships
FGCU employees are eligible to purchase a discounted membership to the following:
- Full access to the University Recreation & Wellness Center, Lee County/FGCU Aquatics Center, Waterfront, and SoVi Pool
- Full access to Group Fitness and Intramural Sports
- Early Eagles
- Access to the University Recreation & Wellness Center from 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM on weekdays
- Access to the University Recreation & Wellness Center during normal operating hours on weekends
- Access to all other facilities every day during normal operating hours
- Access to Group Fitness during the above times
- No access to Intramural Sports
