FGCU Online Teaching Internal Self-Review (OTIS)
Course design and course delivery must be examined separately. The Online Teaching Internal Self-Review Academy guides faculty through FGCU's internal self-review process for course delivery. The academy intends to assist instructors in reviewing and describing how they teach an online course. While instruments such as the Student Perception of Instruction (SpoI) and the FGCU Internal Quality Matters (QM) Online Course Design Review Process provide a measure of student satisfaction with and the quality of the design of the course respectively, this self-review academy provides a guided process for instructors to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of online teaching.
