Jennifer Macbeth is an Instructor II in the Department of Integrated Studies. Ms.
Macbeth was recently highlighted as a Course Hero for her work in promoting sustainable
eating with an innovative Food Footprint Portfolio project in her course, Beans and
Bugs: Impacts and Solutions in Food Production. The primary goals of her teaching
philosophy are to enhance environmental awareness, create service-oriented citizens
and develop student's ability to critically analyze information and communicate it
effectively. She uses high impact practices and skillfully integrated technology to
enhance student's critical thinking, understanding of content, and brings magic back
into learning for all of her students.
