AI Applications for Business Leaders

This 2-3 hour course prepares business leaders and executives for the opportunities and risks that AI brings, particularly in the context of generative AI. Through this course, we prepare leaders for the coming changes to ensure they avoid business model disruption harming their business, give leaders information to help them evaluate their business strategies in light of AI’s likely impact, and explore the risks and considerations that should be evaluated for any business implementing AI.

How to develop ownership mindsets: This 2-3 hour workshop introduces learning about the concepts and importance of organizational culture, recognizing organizational norms and practices, and identifying mismatches in what is practiced and preached. Further, the course teaches how companies can build a culture of accountability through the development of an employee ownership mindset.

Constructive Conflict and Communication

Conflict management is essential to effective leadership. When applied constructively, conflict can result in positive and desirable outcomes. Participants will study the latest research and techniques related to identifying, assessing, and resolving conflict in the workplace.
