• Single-family home sales in the Cape Coral-Fort Myers MSA totaled 886 units in October 2024, a 14 percent fall from October 2023.
  • The median price in the Cape Coral-Fort Myers MSA was $400,000 in October 2024, unchanged from October 2023.
• The Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island MSA registered 287 single-family home sales in October 2024, a 19 percent decline compared to October 2023.
  • The median price in the Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island MSA was $755,000 in October 2024, up from the $750,000 reported in October 2023.
• The Punta Gorda MSA reported 375 existing single-family home sales for October 2024, up 5 percent from October 2023.
  • The median price in the Punta Gorda MSA was $355,000 in October 2024, down 7 percent from the same month last year.
