• Single-family home sales in the Cape Coral-Fort Myers MSA totaled 927 units in February 2025, down 9 percent from February 2024.
  • The median price in the Cape Coral-Fort Myers MSA was $416,000 in February 2025, a 1 percent decrease from February 2024.
• The Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island MSA registered 340 single-family home sales in February 2025, a 6 percent decrease compared to February 2024.
  • The median price in the Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island MSA was $925,000 in February 2025, up 4 percent in February 2024.
• The Punta Gorda MSA reported 359 existing single-family home sales for February 2025, down 8 percent from February 2024.
  • The median price in the Punta Gorda MSA was $349,000 in February 2025, down 11 percent from the same month last year.
