- Collier County recorded 6,259 active listings in December 2024, a 10 percent improvement from the previous month and 45 percent above the same month last year.
- Charlotte County active listings increased to 3,882 units in December 2024, rising 8 percent from the prior month and 30 percent above December 2023.
- Hendry County had 241 active listings in December 2024, a 2 percent increase from the prior month but 32 percent over December 2023.
- Glades County reported 70 active listings in December 2024, unchanged from the previous month and 52 percent over December 2023.
