Complete Your Degree at FGCU
Return to the Nest is designed for students who previously earned college credit at FGCU but did not earn a degree. We offer personalized guidance and financial support to make your transition back to FGCU smooth and successful.
Step 1: Readmission
The first step in returning to FGCU to take additional coursework is filling out the
appropriate readmission application.
If you are only returning to apply for an AA or for graduation, please fill out the
appropriate application through the Office of Records and Registration.
Step 2: Reacquaint yourself
After you are readmitted, you will be contacted by a Student Navigator. They are there to help with any questions and through every step of your return.
Step 3: Reapply for Financial Aid
Start by filling out both the FAFSA and the Foundation Scholarship Application.
Returning students are encouraged to apply for the Return to the Nest Incentive Award. Students in the five-county region who have an outstanding balance from their previous enrollment are prioritized and those in their last semester.
In-state students should also establish residency. Please fill out this form and return it to orr@fgcu.edu.
Step 4: Re-enroll
Either in your original major or on a potentially faster path! Be sure to meet with an Academic Advisor to confirm your course selection.
Step 5: Re-engage
Get Involved with FGCU, earn Digital Badges, earn Service Learning Hours, etc.
Join hundreds of Eagles who have already soared back into the nest to complete their
educational journeys!

FGCU Complete is located in Modular 2 on the south end of campus. Visitors can park in the adjacent lot or Garage 2 after receiving a parking pass at the information booth at the main campus entrance.
