Below are resources to assist you through the Student Conduct and Academic Integrity Process, including links to forms, documents, and surveys which you may need to complete.
Before Your Hearing
Student Rights Form
This form will review your rights in the hearing process. You are required to complete this prior to your hearing.
Advisor Form
You must complete this form if you wish to bring an advisor with you. An advisor cannot speak for you, but is there for support.
Review the Code
Review the Student Code of Conduct. Article D describes the process used for each type of conduct hearing.
Authorization to Release Information to a Third Party Form
You must complete this online form before we can share any information about your case with anyone else, including your parent or advisor.
