West Lake Village
WLV: Where Upper-level Eagles Nest
West Lake Village (WLV) is located approximately two miles north of main campus, adjacent to the Gulf Coast Town Center (GCTC). WLV offers an 11½ month agreement (except for 2023-2024 when WLV will only be available for Fall & Spring terms | Summer housing options will be available in NLV) and is only available to upper-class students. Residents have their own private bedroom and bathroom and share a living room and full kitchen with other suitemates.

WLV Summer Subleasing
WLV residents may sublease their housing assignment under the Housing Agreement for the Summer term only. The sublease must be for another degree-seeking FGCU student. Housing & Residence Life is not responsible for finding the student a suitable sub-lessee. The sublease application process begins on the first day of Returning Room Selection.
