Through innovative interprofessional education ( IPE) and simulated based learning (SBL), Marieb College of Health & Human Service will utilize IPE education and aspire for regional and national recognition in clinical research, academic excellence, scholarship, and service while helping to optimize better clinicals systems of care and collaborate with industry partners in the community through a diverse simulation program.
What is IPE?
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), interprofessional education (IPE) occurs “when students from two or more professions learn about, from, and with each other to enable effective collaboration and improve health.”
