Zachry (Zac) Gelow has been working in higher education for over 11 years. Prior to joining the FGCU, Zac was a Campus Director and Director of Admissions for an EMT, Paramedic, and Nursing college in Fort Lauderdale, FL and before that an Assistant Director of Admissions at a Private University in Savannah, GA. In his role as campus director, Zac was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the college and was heavily involved in the community outreach and clinical affairs for its different programs. Outside of his work in higher education, Zac has many years of experience in sales, marketing, business management, and customer relations in both the retail and hospitality industries.

Zac earned both his BBA and his MBA from Savannah State University while competing on the SSU Golf team. Zac is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Education with a Higher Education Leadership concentration from FGCU. When he is not working or consumed with his studies, Zac enjoys spending time with his family and occasionally working on his golf game.
