Campus Bookstore Giveaway Guidelines
- The Florida Gulf Coast University Foundation Inc. is the organization sponsoring this raffle. The Florida Gulf Coast University Foundation Inc. principal place of business is 10501 FGCU Blvd. S. Fort Myers, FL 33965.
- The funds to purchase the prizes to be awarded have been donated to the Florida Gulf Coast University Foundation Inc.
- The prizes to be awarded are five (5) Five Hundred Dollar ($500) gift certificates to the Florida Gulf Coast University Bookstore.
- The five winners will be selected by drawing and the prizes will be awarded on May 15, 2024 at 3:00 PM EST. The drawing will be held at the principal place of business of the Florida Gulf Coast University Foundation Inc.
- No purchase or contribution is necessary to participate in the raffle. Students who have participated in the Intellectual Freedom and Viewpoint Diversity Survey will be entered automatically. Other university students may enter the raffle through the following email address: development@fgcu.edu. One entry per valid student university email address. Entry into the giveaway will close on April 19, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. ET.
- This raffle will be conducted in accordance with the requirements set forth in Section 849.0935 of the Florida Statutes.
- The value of the prize received by the winner in a raffle is includable in the winner’s gross income.
