This fully online 36-credit degree program can be completed in as little as 12 months. Students can start the program in any semester (fall, spring, or summer).
Program Overview
The fully online M.A. Instructional Design & Ed Tech (IDET) program is designed for students seeking opportunities in instructional design, instructional technology, educational media, and applied research in learning settings (e.g., PK-12, higher education, museums/libraries/non-profits, and other industry training environments). The program standards target competencies based on current industry needs in positions such as instructional designer, instructional technologist, learning experience designer, digital leader, curriculum developer, and learning management system (LMS) specialist. This practitioner-focused program integrates innovative case based learning in collaboration with our industry and education partners.
