Toggle More InfoFGCU JURIED STUDENT ART EXHIBITION ENTRY GUIDELINES 2019
All entries must have been created during the time you have been enrolled at FGCU.
All entries must be exhibition ready; i.e., ready to hang or place on pedestals. You may submit up to 6 pieces of work.
Paintings, works in frames, etc., all must have d-rings or be wired. If you have a particularly heavy piece, you are advised to use d-rings.
All works on paper will be hung using clips and plexiglass, which the gallery will supply. However, all work must be matted and backed using white mat board. All work must be of even dimensions (8 x 10 rather than 8.15 x 7.24). Framing of works on paper protects your work and is greatly encouraged.

8 x 10 20 x 24 9 x 12 24 x 30
11 x 14 22 x 28 30 x 40 (this is the largest we can accommodate)
All work will have identification written on the back or bottom of the piece, AND printing on a piece of paper and affixed in such a way that it will not fall off at any time. The information must be printed from a word processing document. Below is the format to follow:

2019 List of Works Accepted
Toggle More InfoCongratulations to everyone who participated in this jury process. Our three judges deliberated quite long and held to their collective vision for the 21st Annual Juried Student Exhibition. We are grateful to them for their expertise.
While jury results are both exciting and disappointing to participants, the process is critical to development as an artist and provides a learning opportunity for the artist. We all appreciate that you have opened yourselves up to growth and encourage you to submit works to additional exhibitions outside the university.
For works ACCEPTED, the gallery will keep them
and have them on view through April 4th.
