No appointments required. Stop by anytime during the session.
- AM Session: 9:00 a.m. to Noon
- PM Session: 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Professional studio portrait guidelines
- Professional studio portraits are provided as a courtesy for faculty, staff and authorized student workers.
- Please dress professionally or how you would dress for your position. No outfit changes, as the photographer’s time is limited.
- Sessions are typically 10 minutes or less.
- A sign-in sheet or computer will be provided when you arrive; please print your name, department and FGCU email. Finished portraits will be sent to the email address provided.
- The photographer will take a few photos and review them on camera with the person being photographed. The session concludes if the subject is pleased with the images taken.
- We only do light retouching on the selected images, such as removing blemishes/skin imperfections and stray hairs.
- Expect up to 15 business days from your appointment date for delivery of final images. If you need your image sooner, please let the photographer know.
- Delivery of 1-3 finished photos will be through email; a PhotoShelter link to download
the images will be included. (NOTE: Links expire after one week.)
