2017-2022 FOCUS Strategic Plan

As part of the university’s ongoing journey to excellence, FGCU created a five-year Strategic Plan that was approved by the Board of Trustees in December 2017 and the Board of Governors in January 2018. Faculty, staff, administration and students, with support from community and government leaders, have made remarkable strides in bringing the Strategic Plan to life. The documents on this page celebrate FGCU’s many accomplishments and institutional growth under the Strategic Plan, which has provided us with a strong foundation to ensure ongoing success at FGCU.
