FGCU has updated the technology being used to broadcast the upcoming search committee meetings for the vice president positions. As a result, the university has updated details about both search committee meetings this week. Please see below for details:

Due to the technology change, FGCU is working with Greenwood Asher & Associates to reschedule the search committee’s next meetings, which were meant for first-round, virtual interviews.

• Please remove the SSEM search dates (January 23-24) from your calendars, as they will not occur as planned.
• New dates, times and links to the live broadcast will be provided as they are arranged.

National Searches for Key Leadership Roles at FGCU

FGCU is moving forward with national searches for the positions of Executive Vice President and Provost as well as Vice President and Vice Provost, Student Success & Enrollment Management.

To assist executive search firm Greenwood Asher & Associates, I have formed two search committees. Committee membership represents all facets of our campus community, ensuring voices of students, faculty and staff are part of the decision process. 

Committee kickoff meetings and listening sessions for both searches have been scheduled, and we have launched websites for each search. Please see below for more information:

Executive Vice President and Provost

Serves as the chief academic officer for FGCU, providing academic leadership for the colleges and schools. The person hired for this role will be the second-highest ranking officer at FGCU, behind the university president.
