Employees of Florida Gulf Coast University can request reasonable accommodations and services related to a disability by contacting Adaptive Services and setting up an appointment. Information on the process and required forms can be found in the Faculty/Staff Resource Guide. Supervisors are required to refer any employee requesting assistance to Adaptive Services for determination of the reasonable accommodations and subsequent procedures.
